  • A mistake Justin would like you to learn from so you don't have to pay full price for it: He got himself the wrong properly manager, and even though the person was vetted etc they didn't have the experience in managing the same larger sized properties in the same locations, which turned out to be of great importance, as the property manager didn't have the relevant experience and for that reason he failed.
